Previously I have discussed the knee stretching for preventing and treating knee injuries and knee pain. And know I will discussed about stretching for calf muscle. Calf muscle is important to us, and many of them depend on when we practice. While we stand, put our weight directly on the soles of our feet, but when we go jogging or we enjoy all forms of cardiovascular exercise, then felt the importance of a strong calf muscles. This is the reason why one form or another of the calf exercise important. But while exercise is important, you also stretch your calves. To help stretch before and after exercise to relax the muscles and to prevent dragging out places. So we will do our best when we know what some of calf muscle stretching.
Stretching Calf Muscles

A. Stretching the calf – gastrocnemius (calf out)
Stretching the calf was carried out.
1. Sitting on the floor and keep both legs straight.

6. Stay in this position for 10-15 seconds.

C. Stretch your calves – gastrocnemius (calf out)

1. Stand with your right foot in front of and behind the left foot.

1. Sit comfortably with your right leg straight and bend the left leg.
